Guangxi Simei Wood is a subsidiary with an annual production capacity of 350,000m³ of particle boards, occupying a site of 200 acres equipped with advanced facilities and a complete production line. The company primarily utilizes state-of-the-art machinery from Germany and the United States for key processes such as chipping, paving, drying, and gluing. With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, the factory is equipped with the latest technologies aimed at achieving better energy utilization, reduced environmental emissions, enhanced automation, and consistent product quality. The company’s products serve as base panels for various types of lamination, including melamine, wood veneer, PET, and PEGT. These can also be reprocessed through sculpting, vacuum-forming, or direct painting and spraying. Applications include interior decoration, high-end custom-made furniture, and more. The project was first launched in August 2021, emphasizing efficient resource utilization within the industry and surrounding regions. After an 18-month preparation and construction phase, the facility is now fully operational.
